Functional Design

During the custom product manufacturing, the design effort takes another important step toward reality as the virtual 3D concept is morphed into functional versions, which can be thoroughly explored and evaluated while still in the virtual world. As a structure takes shape and meaning, it invites scrutiny from the designer/engineer and client alike in the form of constructive collaboration. All mechanical elements are simulated, tested, and modified, as necessary, to ensure the product remains consistent with the inventor’s vision and expectations.

Being a plastic product manufacturing company, we strictly obey the design adage that “Form Follows Function” throughout this stage of the process to achieve the desired appearance of the finished product.

As in the previous step, attention is also paid to the product’s manufacturability to ensure its future cost-effective production while maintaining its designed utility.
